My review of The Greatest Salesman in the World was published here in July, and I remember noting that it is not the kind of book you read only once.
I’ve had reason to go over it again and again, distilling the rich goodness from each scroll. See just 10 little thoughts I’m rolling over in my mind from each scroll HERE.
Are there many people who can say they reached their goals in life, whatever they may be? Does that mean that the majority of the population fails?
Is it therefore not better that we try to be happy with what we can reach at the end of our life? there it is that we can get the prizes of life (at the end of each journey, not near the beginning).
Very good point. I think if the goals are reasonable, and one is not greedy, yes they can be met. However, what you have said is true; contentment is the way.
