Baby Step 10: Green Tea

While I’m waiting for my fast, I want to try and get into the habit of drinking green tea. I’ve heard it tastes horrible, and that’s not encouraging. However, @AcneSkinSite says it helps to fight inflammation, soothe acne and lighten skin, so you should have 2-3 cups of green tea in a day.

Sounds worth the try, no?


Baby Steps to Better Skin – Update

I broke out, no thanks to coconut oil. My face appeared to be getting better for a bit, and then wham! Pimples even on parts of my face where I’d never had them. I’m not having that thing anywhere near my face ever again. Will think up something else for the scrub; maybe substitute with olive oil, or get another recipe altogether. Sad much.
